On Wednesday the 21st, 2016 we had a visitor named Mryon Simpsons. He came to our school to talk about his life and why reading is important.
He showed Tamaki primary school kids some facts that we did not know until he told us, He also told us what he does for living which is Cycling. He also told us that whenever he reads it helps him with what he does so he tells us to read because it can help us in our life.
He was telling us who fast a car can go across the school zone which they can only go 40 meters and bikes can go 110 per hour. So he asked us questions about what he talked about and whoever answered his  questions they got to try on his stuff. He showed us his medals he which he won the Gold medal and a silver medal and after he showed us his stuff we got to ask questions about himself and things about so I want to say a

Ruapotaka powhiri-Hevani

Today we warmly welcome Ruapotaka for they need a place to learn until there school is cleaned. There is a reason why they are here to stay, they found something which was dangerous for when they breath so that when they clean out the dust until then they finish cleaning their school they would be able to go back to their school. But for now we will have to welcome them until it is safe for them to go back.

Here are some pictures of this morning:
